*Hard water/mineral buildup requires a minimum of 35-45 minutes per shower. This service is not automatically completed with Classic Cleaning due to the additional time required. If you'd like it can be added as deep cleaning hours in addition to your Classic Clean package. (See Add-On Services section below)

We love pets and people, but for health and safety reasons, feces, urine, and blood are deemed hazardous and will not be cleaned.
The presence of bed bugs, fleas, cockroaches, and/or any other insect problem (or indication of) will prevent cleaning services from being performed until the issue has been resolved. Infestations may require proof of treatment before cleaning may resume; we apologize for the inconvenience.
A little bit about the process...
The first time we visit your house it may take longer than each time thereafter. Please plan for 1-2 additional hours on your first clean, if needed. This allows us the time to get a feel for your home and time ourselves accordingly. We do our best to get the job done within the minimum service hours to ensure you are getting the best value!
Our time to shine, for you...
A question we are asked often is "what do I need to do before you arrive?" We recommend taking a look around your home and putting any personal belongings where they go, removing countertop clutter, and having little ones pick up their toys. Doing so allows us more time to focus on the cleaning and less time putting items away (hopefully in a place you'd like for them to go.) We understand this is not always possible, but it makes a big difference and we appreciate it.
