Residential Bi-Weekly Classic Cleaning- Base $110.00*
Monthly Classic Cleaning- Base $145.00*
One Time / Deep Cleaning- Base $175.00*
*factors include house size, cleaning needs, and time to complete, base rates are calculated at 3 labor hours or less
First-time appointments, on average, take 4-6 hours to complete. Typically more cleaning is needed for the first time than the scheduled cleanings to follow.
Save 5% by selecting a weekly service schedule rather than bi-weekly
*The regular fee will be billed if the prior week was not clean, add-on services do not apply to this promotion.
A walkthrough is our preferred method when giving estimates to our clients. This allows us a chance to meet and visit about your cleaning needs. Square footage, cleaning habits, frequency of cleaning, and prior housekeeping are all things that must be considered when creating an estimate for a client. We ask our clients to please keep in mind that estimates are close but not always the final invoice total.
We will make every effort to schedule a walk-through within 48 hours of the request, typically much sooner.
Deep Clean vs Classic Clean, what's the difference? Why the increase?
Time required and supply/equipment cost are two of the biggest differences between a Deep Clean versus a Classic Clean. Another big difference is the process of cleaning when doing a Deep vs. Classic Clean. Deep Cleans typically involve hand washing, scrubbing, hand mopping, and/or the use of industrial-grade machines to aid in the cleaning process. The equipment, supplies, and time are all increased on our end to properly complete deep cleanings for our clients.

Minimums
Bi-Weekly Classic Cleaning has a 3-hour minimum. It should be noted that initial cleanings tend to take longer to establish the needs of the client and to prep the home for continuing services.
A monthly cleaning service requires a 4-hour minimum.
Deep Cleaning requires a 4-hour minimum, 4-6 hours is the average first-time cleaning requirement, depending on the needs of the client and their home.
One-Time Cleanings are based on a walkthrough and the depth of services requested.
One-time pre/post holiday or party cleanups are estimated per job, as well.
Move-in & move-out cleanings are typically billed per square foot. Depending on the size and needs. ($0.30- $1.00+ per square foot)
*Although it doesn't seem so, this type of cleaning is among the more difficult cleans to complete as the person moving in (or buying) wants to move into a place that feels as close to new as possible.
When time permits (or cancellations occur) we may have the availability to do a focus room job. Maybe you have one room, that dusty sunroom you really want to be cleaned but don't need the whole house serviced. Let me know, I'll put you on a list and we will see if we can get it done for you!
During the summer we may have some Sunday availability that will allow time for one-room jobs, too!

In House Laundry Services $15 per load (wash/dry/fold)
When adding laundry to your services, please keep in mind we will stay until the specified amount of laundry is completed, this may add time to your cleaning. We strive to do laundry as we clean with a focus on cleaning first unless told otherwise by our clients.
Carpet & Rug Cleaning: Starts at $15 per room*
Estimates are listed below but are based on soil level and stains
Small bedrooms & Hallways (per each) $20
Walk-in closets $15
Medium-Large Rooms/Master bedroom $30
Living Room $40
Large open areas such as basements, family rooms, games rooms, etc $50
Carpeted Stairs- $60+
Spot treatment is NOT the ideal solution as it often leaves one spot much cleaner after the spot removal. This typically makes the carpet look dirtier, something to consider. Please let me know if you have a spot you'd like worked on, no promises made for total removal, but we usually have great results!
We vacuum the carpets prior to steam cleaning. If you wish for us to clean UNDER furniture please be available to move the furniture for the cleaning. Moving furniture out and back into the room is the client's responsibility. Otherwise, cleaning around the furniture will be completed.
We do NOT offer any guarantee for stain removal with any carpet service, but that's the goal!
Interior Refrigerator Cleaning $55
Freezers are not included in this service but could be discussed if desired
Dishes $15 per load
Billed per sink-level load
Interior Oven Cleaning $45
We clean the interior of the ovens and the drawer below (if you have one.) We are not permitted to remove the door off of the oven to clean.
*All services must be within reach while using a 3ft/2step ladder
*Carpet and Rug Cleaning requires $50 minimum to schedule
